Gas kilns

We manufacture gas kilns with an efficient modern oil burner pump with compact design and since its mounting flange, hub and shaft sizes are manufactured to international standard, it can be fitted to every oil burner. It is designed for pumping oil in high pressure oil burners with two stages operation. Kilns are also designed to utilize electricity and more refined fuels, including natural gas and propane. The natural gas is used in most of the industrial pottery kilns, as it is generally clean, efficient and easy to control.

There are different types of kilns available as per requirements. Many of them can be only fitted with computerized controls, allowing for refined adjustments during the firing cycle. User can choose to manage the rate of temperature climb or ramp, hold or soak the high temperature at any given point, or control the rate of cooling. Electric and gas kilns, both are similar for smaller production in industry and craft, handmade and sculptural work.
